She’s the most caring doctor ever.
Today, deep into the COVID spike, I went to Dr. Figueira's office, expecting long delays. I was in and out, including a relaxed consultation and a blood draw, in 35 minutes. Brava! Dr. Figueira. I would be happy if my waiting-room time alone was 35 minutes with many doctors. Dr. Figueira is pleasant and reasonable and attentive and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with her, and I like her.
Very disappointed in Dr. Figueira. Discussed all of this with her and she had excuses for everything. I have thyroid nodules since 2008 Last ultrasound her office could provide was 2012. In 2017 questioned her about checking my thyroid so she ordered an ultrasound. I had a nodule that required a biopsy. Blood work and ultrasound that she claims were sent were not received by endocronogist. In spite of bone densitys showing osteopenia for several years, and last one done 2/26/14 she did not order another until July 2017. Oste... read more
