Dr. Martin is wonderful. His staff is rude, inefficient and unprofessional. Once I was left in the waiting room for more than an hour before the nurse bothered to look at the sign in chart. Another time I was hung up on while trying to schedule a referral. Eventually referral nurse sent me to a doctor that didn't treat the issue I was being referred for. Recently, I called for an appointment and finally gave up after being put on hold for more than 12 minutes. I will never go back.
Dr. Freeman Martin is my dads doctor.He's a great doctor with year's of experience. The service is great, he's kind an caring an will be straight up with you, regarding your health. I highly recommend him.
