New patient. I made my appointment with enough time for this practice to let me know they didn't take my insurance. I received multiple request confirmations through text and email, even one business day before it. Two before my appointment I received a phone call from a number I didn't know, and never let a message (I don't trust a the number if they don't leave a message, I have seen people being scammed). The staff and the lady who answers calls are always pleasant. The doctor was friendly and did not rush me in any way. It was my first visit and I am very happy with the service I received. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
Been seeing Doctor Roberts for years, even when I lost private insurance, he still took mine and let me come see him. He's a stand up guy and a fine dermatologist. Even if his staff were insufferable bulldogs, I'd easily still go see him. I also live pretty far away from his office.
