Dr. Jacobsen is brilliant and genuinely cares for his patients. Thanks to him I could be functional until I retire in 2005. I live in Seattle now, in deep pain because my only child died in 2021. If I were in DC, Dr. Jacobsen wouldn't let me drown in pain. My gratitude to him is huge.
