I had breast cancer and together with Dr. Duffy and my oncologist I decided on a double mastectomy and direct to implants. I had surgery early in the morning and came home the same day. Jasmine called to check on me daily and I sincerely appreciated that. Great experience with Dr. Duffy. I loved his vast knowledge and sense of humor. It helped to calm me.
My experience with Dr. Duffy and his staff has been nothing short of amazing. From our first consultation, Dr. Duffy was warm and welcoming . Taking the time to learn my story and thoroughly answer the million questions I had. I felt that he truly cared and I knew I was in good hands being under his care! Dr. Duffy is awesome!!!... Jasmine not so much! She is curt and rude and none communicative... When asking her a question it's always a one word response... she seems to lack empathy and understanding. Vital qualities in dealing with peoples health concerns. Maybe she can be better placed in an area of the office that doesn't deal with people.
The receptionist that answers the phones is rude and needs a new attitude and these people are bad at communicating
Dr. Duffy and his staff have been very professional and helpful. I had a repair to some previous reconstructive surgery. The site looks and feels much better and all of the old pain and discomfort is gone!!
