The guy just doesn’t care. Clueless. Tried to jam a scope up my nose that was OBVIOUSLY very clogged and didn’t even have the common sense to maybe LUBE it up first??!! LOL He just kept spraying more numbing agent on it…Time to Retire Old ma n..
Both ear clogged, but have to wait 4months for surgery and I'm a patient. Seeking 2nd opinion. Never answer phone or return calls b4 7 days.
I was referred to Dr. Godley by my pcp. After waiting 3 months to see Dr. Godley. I was told when i arrived for my appt that there was no record of my appointment in their system. Currently waiting another 4 months for an appt. Spent 1/2 hour on hold (7th in the que) before getting a person to help me reschedule. Seems to be poorly managed, understaffed with the staff inexperienced workers. I will say they are very polite and courteous though.
Doctor Frederick Godley is a God Sent.He was able to do sinus surgery and remove polyps from my sinuses and I am so grateful
