Dr. Puccio is the BEST! He always makes time to really explain things and I would travel hours for Dr. Puccio to work on my teeth. We love Laura and Rebecca as they are kind, and super smart. This is a first class operation both at Wykoff and Garfield locations. They treat you so well, get you in quickly and make you feel part of the family. You must get your family in this dental office...….it will exceed your expectations.
I was very nervous at first about getting an implant, but Dr. Puccio made the whole process very smooth and made sure to explain every detail. I'm extremely happy with the procedure - and it didn't even hurt as much as I expected! My husband also got an implant and is very happy, as well. We are pleased with the results and will definitely consider it again. I highly recommend Dr. Puccio for patients considering implants: it's fast, pain-free, and affordable.

Dr. Puccio & his office staff are awesome. I came to the office initially under emergent conditions & they accommodated me right away. Despite the fact that I've neglected my dental care for many years, Dr. Puccio has been extremely dedicated & persistent in helping me restore every one of my teeth to optimal condition, one visit at a time. I've switched insurances several times & the billing staff have always taken the time to explain significant changes & adjust my treatment accordingly.

The staff at Midland Family Dental are "fantastic". I had pain over the weekend and asked the answering service for Dr. Puccio to return my call. I was amazed that he responded to my call within 20 minutes. After discussing my issue with him he open his Wyckoff office, and treated the 'root cause' of the problem. After his treatment and the medication that Dr. Puccio prescribed I was pain free by the next day. As indicated the service and treatment that I received was beyond my expectations.
Was taking impressions for me to get a new set of retainers. Took three tries on the bottom and top to get an impression that was usable instead of ONE try. I ended up getting a chemical burn in the corner of my mouth from whatever putty is used in the impression trays. I was also told it would be $250 for the retainers and then they told me $300 at the end. Absolutely ridiculous, I've never left a doctor's office so upset in my life.

The models of your teeth must be 100 percent accurate in order for retainers to fit perfectly, this is the reason why we sometimes have to take multiple impressions, For this reason I invested in digital technology which allows us to scan your teeth without those messy impressions. You chose to have the traditional impressions taken even though I fully explained the difference. In the future we attempt to better guide you in your decisions.
I had a broken molar extracted and 2 implants placed in the upper left part of my mouth. In less than 1/2 hr. the procedure was over. I had no swelling and to my absolute amazement-- no pain. I highly recommend Dr.Fred Puccio and all colleagues that assist him in his practice.
