Very pleased with Dr Tsai and his team. He performed an endoscopy and a sigmoidoscopy, and advised me regarding overall prevention of issues and care. I rejected anesthesia for the sigmoidoscopy and watched the entire procedure on his big screen. His office is well run with good follow-up.
He's an awesome doctor who continues to get me through rough patches in my Gastroparesis & IBS journey. He and his staff are always so accommodating. He answers he emails really quickly and is really nice no matter how incessant my questions are. There just is no such thing as a "stupid question" with him. He's done several procedures which have gone very well. I think what I like most about him, besides him being such a nice guy, is that he is also not afraid to admit that something is beyond the scope of his expertise. Tha... read more
