I was sent to his office by my orthopedic dr's PA to R/O DVT in rt leg. Office got me in the same day. A doppler study was done and Dr. Yau re- ported no clots. He instructed me to make appt with my Nephrologist which i did but appt was 3 weeks away. I requested he send his findings to my drs and he said he would asap. I always have questions because I want to understand what's going to happen to my body. He would answer my questions but he made me feel like I was bothering him and keeping him from other patients. If there was a gap in the conversation he used the opportunity to leave the room before I got to ask the rest of my questions. Very professional. Listens to my health concern. Very knowledgeable of his field of practice. You could tell he is very much experienced in his specialized field of practice.
Awesome STAFF.
I just love the service here, it is unbelievable compared to the customer service I experience in everyday life. Dr. Yau rock!! He is so compassionate about his profession. He make me feel like I am the only client he has to see for the day, not rushed very, informative, a great listener, caring and kind. I wish all doctors had his patience. And the staff is amazing, also!
Everyone was very friendly and professional it was a good experience and I feel very positive about the results.

Dr. Yau is the best! Love his bedside manner and he is very easy to talk to. The staff is friendly, efficient, courteous and always have a smile on their face. Everyone is very Professional.
