Dr.Richards did my breast augmentation in 2014 when I was 23. He along with his entire staff were very attentive and kind from throughout the entire process. I cannot stress enough that the patience it takes to dealing with me is very high and he along with his staff accommodated me all the way. It's been over 2 years and I am still not over the upsetting experience I had with Franklin Richards. I will put it all in summary form so I don’t take up the next hour of your time with details. 1. One of my two procedures was to be a bilateral brow lift. What I woke up with (and didn’t need) was a complete forehead lift. Dr. Richards is a very talented and experienced plastic surgeon. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone considering having plastic surgery. I am 3 weeks out from having both upper and lower eyelids and my neck done -- and the results are more than I could have hoped for. Very natural looking -- not at all "done" which I SO didn't want, and the care, patience and guidance throughout the process was amazing. Thanks so much Dr. Richards and the whole staff!
