My Neck/S-Lift procedure performed in March 2009 was handled in a very professional manner. The ear incisions are so barely noticeable that I can wear my hair pulled back with confidence. I've had various cosmetic procedures done by Dr. Richards over the last 12 years and I've been quite pleased with every aspect of his work. I wouldn't be comfortable having any other cosmetic surgeon work on me. In my opinion, he is absolutely the BEST!
I had a face lift, eyes, as well as extensive lipo. He has made a new person out of me. He was kind, responsive, even called to see how I was doing from his home phone. Pain was minimal and changes were drastic. My self esteem is much better. I am 61 years old. Highly recommend. 3 members of my family have used his wonderful services.
My experience with Dr. Richard has been very pleasant. First consultation was short but we he gave me enough info for me to make a very important decision. He did a great job with my lipo and still awaiting for the final results of rhinoplasty. I'd reccomend him without hesitation.
I felt very rushed during the consult so I knew right away he was not the doc for me. He didn't explain anything to me and his answers to my questions were one worded and vague. I felt he had somewhere else to be but when I was leaving I saw there were no other customers and he was standing leisurely opposite the counter.
