I loved Dr.Villa And His Staff Really Would Like For Him To Come Back In the Office. Because My Eye Dr. Is Never Open When You Need Them.

Dr Villa was helpful and informative. The receptionists at the time (2021), however, were unprofessional and frankly, a bit rude. It could have been an off day, but they seemed rather unconcerned with the fact that I needed to be checked out & that I was having difficulty seeing because my eyes were dilated. After that visit, I decided not to go back.

The manager ordered the wrong frame. Then didn’t process the refund request in a timely manner. Had to visit them and call them multiple times. Wasted my time.

Very negative experience with Frank Villa during my first, and last, visit almost two years ago. Didn’t like his demeanor or attitude. I will never (emphasis on “never”) go back. I’m leaving this review because I was just going through my Blocked Messages on my phone. In spite of having asked several times over the last couple of years or so to have my name removed from their “call” list, I continue to receive vm messages asking me to call to schedule an appointment.
