Not good service from the front desk, hard to get prompt service lots of calls to get a reply
Dr Frank has been my trusted optometrist for many years and am pleased to refer patients to him. Recently we required a referral to an ophthalmologic surgeon for a family member ASAP. Frank and especially Shannon, his assistant co-ordinated the referral the same day. Thanks Frank and great work Shannon.

I have been going to Dr. Robertson for about 20 years now. I met him when my daughter was having trouble with double vision and he got us sent right away to McMaster Hospital for treatment. I was totally impressed with his staff and his excellent work. I would highly recommend him.
