I came to Dr. Pugh with chronic neck problems from a dislocated vertebrae injury that happened years ago and lower back problems from crooked hips and a small curve in my spine. After seeing him just a few times, the pain in my neck and back dramatically decreased and my ability to function physically and go about my daily life got much easier. I was recommended to Dr. Pugh by several friends to help with a herniated disc. I was very impressed with Dr. Pugh's expertise and that he genuinely cared for your well being. I received chiropractic care and acupuncture which helped improve my symptoms. My only regret was not seeing Dr. Pugh sooner. I would highly recommend ICAC to anyone for their chiropractic/acupuncture needs.

I've never been to a chiropractor before. Today was my first appointment and it was fantastic. I feel so much better already. I would 100% recommend to anyone!
I've been to many chiropractors in the past 10 years and Dr Pugh is the best. He doesn't make you feel like you have to be seen 3 times a week in order to get better. He uses additional techniques like acupuncture and assisted stretching. Normally my issues are fixed quickly and efficiently and I walk away feeling healthier and with less pain. I can't recommend him highly enough!
