Everyone here is so nice and friendly. The service is amazing and is definitely the best orthodontist office.
We just got braces off of our second daughter so we have been going for years. Always a great experience with Dr Chan and of course Dr P. who retired. From the front desk to all of the assistants etc - everyone has been great. Even the billing process has been seamless. Highly recommend. Great office environment and comfy waiting room.
We have had nothing but the BEST experience with the entire staff. Dr. Chan and his entire staff are always very informative, explain everything in detail and really do go above and beyond to make sure that expectations are being met and held. Highly recommmend.
My daughter’s wire popped out from the bracket, and we are from out of town. Above and Beyond was so kind to have not only gotten us in the next morning but welcomed us as if we were regular patients. They were fast and efficient and engaged my daughter in conversation. We appreciated the experience so much! 5 stars!
