I have had my braces for over 13 years with them. No luck or help has been provided in effort to get them removed. Im left with the horrible pain of mental health & depression i feel from having them for so many years. Its sad and embarrassing. Horrible customer service!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do not waste your money and your time here! They are unorganized and unprofessional. They even scam you by over charging for the service and increase your balance without you knowing. They even claim that they didn't even charge you when you can clearly see the charge in your statements. Lara’s dentistry has been professional and welcoming threw the whole process of me having a tooth extracted which has basically felt like a weight lifted off my shoulders. She always takes very great care of her patients and is always very personable. The rest of the staff is great as far asking questions and being really knowledgeable. Highly unorganized and unethical practice. They charged me employee $730 for a cleaning. When I called them to pay in lieu of my employee, they promised to refund my employee (returning the payment to his card) if I gave them my credit card. After charging my credit card another $730, they did not refund my employee. When we called in, they said that my employee would have to go into the office to get a refund. After he showed up, they said that there would actually be no refund because he paid for half of the treatment and ... read more
