Again, Optum has not been able to make a very smooth transition. In addition (I forgot to add in the previous note), none of my medications have been carried over either. As a result, I have to call someone at Optum (not Riverdale Family Medicine) and ask them to call in my prescription.
Dr. Maselli is a caring doctor and is easy to communicate with.
He's friendly, knowledgeable and he always asks how my family is doing.
