I've use RFP for over 25 years. They are always helpful.
He explained himself very clearly and to the point.
My provider said I would get a doctor's note for work and left but never came back to the examination room. I had to track down a nurse to make the doctor's note for me. I was also given a strep test and was told I would be called with the result. They said the test only takes 25 minutes to get the result. That was yesterday and no one has called, and because of the switch to optum no one is answering the phone.

I was rushing. Didn't ask me Any questions. I had no time to talk about my symptoms. There was no sterile urine cups. They had my urine in a plastic cup with no lid
