The wait time for an appointment is unacceptable, especially for elderly patients. No patient should be waiting 2 + hours on a regular basis.
Clear your entire day if you have an appointment with Dr. Culotta. I've been here on multiple occasions and have never been here less than 4 hours. Absolutely atrocious. There are too many other ophthalmologist in this city to have to spend 4-6 hours waiting to see one. If I can't trust you to handle appointments in an orderly and timely manor, how can I trust you with my sight?
