I dont even wanna give a one star review but had too to leave a review. I highly suggest going elsewhere! Im one of the worst graves patients ever discovered. And when I went here for my thyroid eye disease he says there were no findings. In the meantime my aunt who is just a R.N read the mri. Said I absolutely need to go get another opinion. They are not lying when they say the staff is incredibly rude. They act annoyed with simple questions or concerns . It’s bad. Dr Baloh is very nice and im still waiting on full results from my procedure and will update rating based on that but unfortunately i felt the need to leave this review now based on how his staff and assistant treated me. And when i get the exact name of the lady who spoke to me aggressively i will update that as well.
Had Ptosis repair around both of my eyes. Although the procedure can be quite uncomfortable, he/they gave me very clear expectations. And yes it was uncomfortable, but well worth the pain. I could not be happier with the results. Dr Baloh and his team is excellent.
Getting better everyday!! Saw Dr Baloh today, got stitches out, and he said I am healing very well for being just a week out!! I'm so happy to be able to actually see again and everything is so much brighter!! I highly recommend Dr Baloh to whomever needs this surgery for Ptosis.
I had ptosis surgery in Nov 2021. It was a great experience. No issues or problems. Staff and office were great. I would highly recommend
