My grandfather went it with severe shoulder pain and being experienced in the field, the staff was able to locate the problem without so much as an x-ray or MRI. Dr. Wong identified the problem, gave my grandfather an injection to keep down the inflammation, and sent him to physiotherapy. My grandfather will be going in for his third visit after 6 weeks of physiotherapy. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
