My husband had a fall on concrete on October 16, 25 he was able to get an appointment to see Doctor Wade on October 21, 2025 after that time we have made several calls to Dr. Wade's office trying to get a referral sent to Premier Radiology so my husband could get an X-ray of his neck, back, spine and tailbone, each time we called we were told Dr. Wade was out of the office but a message would be sent to him, today is November 2, 25 and we are still waiting for them to send a referral to Premier Radiology; I have never had to... read more
Dr. Frank Wade was my family's physician for many years when we resided in Murfreesboro. We were forced to move to Central Georgia 7 years ago in order for me to be promoted in my career with the USAF as a civilian employee. Since moving to Georgia, I have a deeper appreciation for Dr. Wade. Not only was he spot on in caring for my wife's Type 1 diabetes, but he always came through for me and our children. Excellent physician with great care for the health of his patients.
I will not recommend this facility due to their crooked ways in handling refunds I have tried back 6 years ago to get my refund for a medical bill that was practically double paid twice one in person and the other was mailed and my mother paying it without asking me due to I was in college at the time!! I went back and forth with their billing and no refund. I would stay away if I were you. I even reported them to the BBB and that did nothing as I do not have my money.
I'm a 5 yr long patient of their's, and I am extremely happy with my health care there. Lisa the PA is absolutely awesome, I have mental health issues that make trusting Dr's difficult, but I am very comfortable with her.
