Stay away from this office. I specifically requested Dr. Frank Czul, and my referral was written for him. The scheduling staff told me Daliana Poveda, PA, was under Dr. Czul and I would be billed under him, but I later discovered she bills independently as an out-of-network provider. No one disclosed this before my appointment, leaving me with an unexpected $165 bill. Completely unacceptable and a serious lack of transparency.
