Can not schedule appointments due to the phone never being available I have left four messages and never got a call back. If you want to be seen I would not recommend this doctor.
Dr. Felizarta is world known he is a specialist in HIV/AIDS HEPATITIS & provides lots of information about his practice. He has provided excellent care to all persons infected and the families. He has been a top investigator in many clinical trials that have has great success. Many people have benefited from his knowledge of most infectious diseases.
