I recently had my first visit to your office and had the opportunity to meet with the doctor. While the visit went smoothly, I found myself a bit perplexed due to the lack of detailed discussion. I would appreciate it if future visits could include more comprehensive information and discussion about my concerns.
There was a very long line to check in. A lady came out from being seen and went right in front of everybody and no one said anything. I don't know why they did an eye exam on me when I came in just for them to take calcium deposits off of my eyelid. Dr. Castillo was very good though.
I had a cancer on my lash line a year ago that he took off. He did a great job . No scarring.
De Castillo spent about 2 minutes looking at my eye for an annual eye exam, then said my eyes looked healthy, swung the door open, said he’ll see me next year, and remained sitting on his chair waiting for me to leave the room. I have Grave’s disease and have never received such a minimal eye exam since my diagnosis. He was rude, arrogant and did not provide much of an exam.
