I have been seeing Dr. Kerdel since late last year and the medical care has been fine. However, my most recent visit was incredibly unprofessional. I was shadowed by a student nurse assistant (Olga). Despite my 20-year history with chronic eczema, she made several unprovoked and insensitive comments, telling me mine was 'the worst skin she’s ever seen.'
