Finally, I felt like a patient who’s being heard and not ignored by a physician. Not only Dr. Francis Yu is knowledgeable, he actually cares about his patients. He spends a good amount of time listening and explaining the possibilities of treatments. I’m really glad that I’ve found him and highly recommend him to anyone who suffers from allergies.
One of the worst doctors and worst staff I’ve ever met. My four year old son has been getting sinus infections for months and months and naturally I brought him to see an allergist. Doctor Yu’s attitude every time we went to see him was very unconcerned and almost bothered. The doctor really didn’t help to explain or look into any of my son’s issues.
