I have been coming here for about 6 months and will continue to do so. The Doctor is very knowledgeable and professional! The staff is kind, helpful and efficient! And I am so thankful, that I feel SO much better after consistent treatment!
I’ve been seeing Dr. Francis Yu for many years—first for my daughter, and now for myself. Dr. Yu is the only doctor I’ve consistently seen my entire life, and for good reason. I’ve been going to him for over 20 years, and he’s always incredibly helpful, patient, and willing to listen. He’s helped me manage both my asthma and allergies, and his treatments and suggestions always work. My child was a former patient of Dr. Yu. While Dr. Yu was polite and professional, he never smiled or greeted us in a warm way, which made visits feel a bit impersonal. The medical assistants were generally friendly, but I was uncomfortable with how often they tried to answer questions on behalf of the doctor.
