The other reviews of him are correct. If you need to see a specialty doctor, he will refuse to send a referral. My chief complaint & main reason for appt was referral to a specialist (which I'd already seen at a diff Kaiser, needed a renewed one). He's awkward and talks over you. He wrote a bunch of notes and I asked repeatedly are you sending a referral? He said yes. 1 week later & many messages to him, still no referral. Only when I called escalated grievance dept, did he send the referral within 10 MINUTES of me being on ... read more
