I’m saw Dr. Nav today and he did a root canal on an upper tooth. He explained what he was going to do, showed me my x-rays, and numbed me so I experienced no pain at all. I was very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend Dr. Nav. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and pleasant. Everything was explained to me, including billing. I would highly recommend this office.

Endodontist and Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My concern is Endodontist did not allow at least 5 minutes for area surrounding tooth to become numb so it was a very painful experience for the first half of the root canal procedure. In tears with extreme pain that caused my body to tremble, I inform Endodontist I was in pain several times and each time he provided additional numbing medication as he worked.
