Been going here for years never had a problem then all of a sudden I rescheduled my appointment same day later time then I called back and said I can't be there at that time I won't be out of eye Dr on time I was told rudely that if I rescheduled again I could get kicked out wtaf I didn't skip it I called week ahead of time shit happens never heard of getting kicked out for rescheduling your appointments I can see for no show smh.
