He is a total rip off. I have a few pockets, so I do not qualify through my insurance for a dental cleaning without paying extra. This is the first time ever I have encountered this type of crap from a dentist. He is a money hungry old man. At his age one would think this type of pathology would have been mitigated or no longer present. I was charged $25.00 for a dental rinse, which I did not receive, authorize or aware of until I looked at my receipt. Dental cleaning was only fair at best. Dr. Braich has been my dentist for many years. I went in with extreme pain from my upper teeth and was taken care of in a professional and accommodating way. My experience with dentists in the past has been less than exemplary, but Dr. Braich was worth the wait. After finding him I have been coming back for my dental hygiene ever since and trust him with the care.
This dentist and his office staff pressured me to do unnecessary procedures and gave me an estimate for several thousand dollars. When I questioned the charges the office staff was very rude. I went to another dentist to get a second opinion, I was told that I only needed a filling and my bill was less than $100. I do NOT recommend this dentist.
I took my daughter in to see Dr. Braich, and they told me she had 14 cavities! When I question them, they said they were "micro cavities". I pulled her out of there, and took her to Great Expressions at 11682 U.S. 1, Palm Beach Gardens, and they said she had NO CAVITIES.
My husband went in for a visit and was told he needed $2300 worth of work. My husband does not speak english very well, so I called Valerie (office manager) to discuss his treatment plan as there were alot of extra items that he did not need on it., and she has not been responsive. I filed a complaint with my dental insurance and all of the sudden she claimed that she could only discuss it with him. Horrible customer dervice
Let me say this, Dr. Braich is a magic man! He fixed my mouth of ugly teeth and made them 100% gorgeous with veneers and crowns. I am afraid of one thing, I don't want him to retire, what will I do! He is awesome, professional, friendly, expert in his field and does the best job! He should be on his own show with makeover smiles. I had Lumineers placed on my upper teeth. I LOVE THEM. Dr Braich did the lumineers without any drilling or shots! I finally got the smile I always wanted
Over 5 years ago i went to Dr. Braich. and have not been to a dentist since. He was a dental instructor at the time. He made a crown for my lower back tooth. He installed it. It did not fit. He removed it tried a second time. Same results.The third try It felt comfortable enough. Within a week some of the outer white coating came off. I did not return. I have been having trouble with the tooth.
DO NOT USE Dr. Florian Braich. I highly recommend that you continue your search for another dentist. Dr. Braich attempted to fit one tooth of mine with a crown. While waiting for the official crown, I was fitted with a poorly constructed temporary crown that broke into pieces within 12 days. When the official crown arrived, it did not fit and needed to be re-ordered. I was again fitted with a poorly constructed temporary crown and this one kept falling off.
