no waiting time and clear explanation
I've been visiting Dr Shum for Botox injections for Dystonia for around a year now. - I get injections every 3 months. Dr. Shum is very friendly and puts you at ease. She happily answers any questions you may have and explains conditions and procedures well. Hylan Blvd Office is open and clean, staff are friendly and wait time has never been excessive for me. I would recommend Dr. Shum if you're in need of help with Dystonia.

I went in for a simple procedure But DR.Shum noticed something that wasn't right. directed me to go for more tests which revealed a serious medical problem. I truly believe I owe this doctor my life. She is a ROCK STAR!!!!

Dr. Shum is simply wonderful. She is patient and explains everything in detail. She even writes down instructions to make it easier for me to follow. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Shum is a compassionate doctor who listened to my concerns. She is also very knowledgeable and very personable. I felt very comfortable talking to her. She referred me to all the appropriate tests and explained my condition in a way that I can understand. I wholeheartedly recommend her!
