My appointment with Dr. O’Connell was my first although I have been a patient of the Practice for many years, I found her to be pleasant and friendly, and easy to talk to. As a former Melanoma patient I found her to be very thorough and caring which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this Practice as both physicians are wonderful with a excellent staff.
First visit was fine. She told me to come back for more time to remove some things from my face. Made 2nd appt. Got there, she walked in, looked at a paper in my hand and said" my appointments are only ten minutes. How do you expect me to get all of that done in 10 minutes?" She proceeded to take 2 things off but left two. Said they should be taken off at the annual visit but when I was there for that she wouldn't do it. I have been a patient for years and I am very pleased with the care I receive from Dr. O'Connell. She is patient, attentive, thorough and always takes all the time necessary to address any issues, questions or concerns I have. I highly recommend Dr. O'Connell to anyone needing a dermatologist.
The first impressive feat was that the practice got me in for the next day as a new patient. I dawn Dr. O’Connell who was personable, thorough and knowledgeable. She knew if latest treatment options for Psoriatic Arthritis. She prescribed what I needed and left the door open for future visits.
Dr Oconnell is the absolute best doctor i I have ever had with regards to sutures!!! She is also the most thorough dermatologist I have ever had bar none! She showed me real concern and identified my problem solution, and course of action. I highly recommend Doc O'connell. My only regret is Tricare will not cover me anymore and I will pay out of pocket for her services. The staff are very friendly, positive and professional.
Office staff is friendly, excellent customer service and very efficient. Office environment is very clean and well designed. Most of all, Dr. O'Connell is very informative, friendly and listens to your skin problems. She gives treatment options, explains in details all these options and most especially, the pros and cons of the prescriptiions. There's always no pressure in consulting with her. I will always recommend Dr. O'connell.
