I thought Dr. Feldman was very patient and careful, unfortunately, I had to wait to see her over an hour and a half past my appt time, due to some emergency appts. Also, when I tried to reach her office for a follow-up appt, there was no answer at Sears optical and no other number to reach her. Having a practice with no provision to have your patients leave messages or reach you during normal office hours seems to signal a lack of professionalism.
