No customer service. They canceled my three kids' appointments with little notice due to last minute dentist schedule change. Now leaving early on Fridays at 11:30. I found out on a postcard. Not able to reschedule in the same month throwing off our entire year schedule. Offered a dentist we have never seen. It's a shame. Been patients there for over ten years.
