Had a great experience despite it not being a typical ER visit. Dr. Breslin did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and explained everything in simple terms that were easy to understand. Big thanks to Dr. Breslin and staff
This doctor is horrific and should not be practicing medicine. My family member came into the ER at Beverly Hospital with a very serious medical history and they did not perform basic required tests that are mandated within a specific time period for the symptoms that were presenting. Fiona continued to FIGHT WITH US and be extremely condescending and rude while we were merely politely asking for the tests that are required with the extremely serious symptoms that were present. Very satisfied with my 6y old daughter’s visit to the ER! Her bedside manner was absolutely comforting to my little girl and that was crucial. Dr Breslin assured her that she would have her feeling better in no time and she did! Further, she was diligent, answered all my questions and left me with advice about how to follow up with her primary. I would rather follow up with Fiona as my girl’s primary is not overly concerned with her reoccurring issue. I will be asking for a referral to get to the bottom of this.
