I'm been treated Rude from this younger Females Working there. And Doctor Pasqual Filomena don't let you speak with questions she Blocking to communicate and the communicate and getting other specific specialists is no way
My daughter has attended here since birth. Dr is amazing! But today CRYSTAL was so rude when I was simply asking if my child can be seen she kept speaking over me and when I asked if she can simply ask the Dr's recommendation to go to ER /Urgent care she rudely answered for me to take her wherever. She didn't even want to tell the DR my concerns . If your going to work in a field wherein customer service is required, please be POLITE!
Dr. Pascual is great! She takes great care of my daughter. She always provides us with useful and helpful health information. My daughter’s been with Dr. Pascual for 13 years and received excellent care. She doesn’t give you the run around. I like that fact that she’s direct and honest and does not sugar coat. With her long standing experiences in pediatric care, I trust Dr. Pascual with my daughter’s life. If the doctors clinic is full, it means she’s high in demand and provides excellent care to her patients.
Accommodating staff. Dra. Pascual is a great and reliable pediatrician. She’s understanding and listens to your concerns. Highly recommended.
Love the staff and the physician. People that hate her staff or question her medical skills is clearly hate life.
