Love this office great nurses and great doctors. They are very friendly and great on bring us in the same day, haven't had an issue with any nurses always attentive and helpful. As for ma nong review he calling out the receptionist on being disrespectful but yet again this person is more disrespectful on point “the nurse with the acne on her face” that is bullying towards a person, ma nong could of just type the receptionist their is no need to point out anybody features like that, you never know if that may be an insecurity... read more
The doctor was fine, but the younger front desk nurse — the one with some acne on her face — had a very disappointing attitude. I only asked a simple question, but her tone was belittling and impatient, which made me feel very uncomfortable. I hope the clinic can improve its front desk service, as patients deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy.

Shout out to Crystal and her kind heart. Our first interaction was over the phone was when she graciously walked me through getting a prescription refilled for my baby when the pharmacy was being difficult. She was so kind and sweet that I immediately recognized her just by the kind way she was interacting with my baby at our next appointment. Crystal was so gentle and warm with my name.
