After struggling with rushed in-network clinics and undertrained providers who actually caused setbacks for my child, finding Dr. Klein has been a total breath of fresh air. She is a brilliant, thorough doctor who actually takes the time to listen and has helped our son make incredible progress. While she is out-of-network, she provides all the paperwork for insurance reimbursement, making her elite level of care surprisingly affordable and worth every penny.
Finally, a doctor who actually answers her own messages! Dr. Klein is so kind and approachable. I love that I don't have to deal with a complicated front office to reach her. She makes treatment feel simple, direct, and very human.

I have tried twice to make an appointment with this person and both times she has canceled my appointment without reason hours before our appointment time. Meanwhile we have to give 24 hour notice when we cancel an appointment. This is ridiculous. I have been trying to get a new evaluation and new medication since October of this year and with this psychiatrist and Headway I have gotten nowhere. If I could give 0 stars I would. What a shame.
