Thorough, personal, exceptionaly intake history by Fellow and Dr Pagan. I have been a patient of his since 2013 and continue to receive excellent care, treatment and professionalism unlike any other Neurology Service where I have been a patient.
The GUH movement disorders service, under the successful direction of Dr. Fernando Pagan, is a unit of excellence not only in the USA, but also worldwide. Dr Pagan is wonderful. Caring, smart and an excellent neurologist. The office is well run and the new parking garage is a welcome improvement
The Fellows who spoke with an accent I barely understood, did not know the reason for the visit (introducing me to a new delivery system for carpa-leva-dopa). He gave me no information about the drug-how to time it which I was very important, offered me samples to pick up-but no other facts about the medication. He said he would email me info on the drug which 30 hours later, I have not received. He did a review the questions asked 6 weeks ago when I had a clinic visit.
The best professional who cares about you the patient. Has been my neurologist for many years and he listens to his patients as well. Excellent doctor!!
