Sigo en este clínica por la Dra Noris, ella es dedicada a sus pacientes, han cambiado personal y lo peor que en vez de mejorar han empeorado ,se extraña a buen personal que había antes.

I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication and patient care from this office. It’s extremely difficult to get a call back, and messages are often ignored. When I’ve tried to discuss medications or get advice, my parents felt dismissed rather than supported or informed. There’s a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism, which makes it hard to trust that my parent’s health concerns are being taken seriously. This Dr office is by far the worst , I am a English speaking human being, and can’t get anyone in here to actually understand me, it’s one worker in here that is very unprofessional, she answers the phone call when you call in . I call to complain. Didn’t get a call back or anything. Please don’t come to this office, one of the most unprofessional Dr office. I ever been into .
