I’ve been very disappointed with the lack of communication and patient care from this office. It’s extremely difficult to get a call back, and messages are often ignored. When I’ve tried to discuss medications or get advice, my parents felt dismissed rather than supported or informed. This Dr office is by far the worst , I am a English speaking human being, and can’t get anyone in here to actually understand me, it’s one worker in here that is very unprofessional, she answers the phone call when you call in . I call to complain. Didn’t get a call back or anything. Please don’t come to this office, one of the most unprofessional Dr office. I ever been into .

I wish I could rate this place a 0. Absolutely Horrible Experience – Negligent, Rude, and Money-Hungry! I’ve been going to this office since 2017, and I can confidently say that their customer service has gone completely downhill over the years. I finally had enough and left for good — and here’s why.
