The customer’s needs were not adequately met. The customer service was terrible. The staff was rude and disrespectful, and they didn’t offer any help. The customer’s needs were not met. They have no manners neither do they professionalism to be speaking to patients . Whole role of front desk or office staff is to help. They are clearly failing in every aspect . Wouldn’t recommend at all.

The service and treatment I received from Dr Hassan is really amazing! My gratitude is beyond of expression. Extremely knowledgeable doctor and friendly as well. Staff has professional manner. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ferdausi Hassan as a PCP for my friends & family.
