This Doctor did not listen to my concerns for my child. He was not going to test my son for a milk allergy until i absolutely insisted. I had to disclose that i was also allergic to milk to get him to even consider testing. Low and behold my son is allergic. It took 20 days for them to notify me of his results. I had already had the information 1 day after the blood was drawn(due to the online portal). Dr Al-Issa has been great doctor. He has been able to diagnose our son Eosinophilic Esophagitis and abdominal migraines. He really listens to the parents input, concerns and observations. He has called me personally three times to discuss test results and to discuss treatment options. His nurse is awesome too. They always get back to me in a timely manner. I highly recommend him.
