I came to Dr, Muniz's office hopeful to begin care, but was turned away after disclosing my use of a legal supplement. I was transparent because I have a history of addiction and want safe care—not opioids, which I never want again. The hardest part wasn’t the refusal, but not being given the chance for a conversation. Health requires a whole-person approach, and when honesty is met with dismissal, it leaves people feeling hopeless. I hope this provider reconsiders how such cases are handled.
Excellent service from JUSTICE at the front desk to Dr. Muniz.I've had several injections for cervical and lower back pain. The waiting time from sign in to talking to the doctor is approximately 15 minutes. The time it takes to schedule an appointment is approximately one week.One-on-one with Dr. Muniz is perfect. You feel like you are his only patient. He understands requirements for MediCare.Great doctor!
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Felix Muniz, MD, yesterday for a consultation. Dr. Muniz was very friendly. He took the time to review my records, ask questions, listen to my answers, and very thoroughly explain my options and suggested treatment plan. 8:30 appt. Waiting for an hour in a room and still haven’t seen or heard the doctor. This is pretty much the standard for this office. Ungodly wait times whether it’s an appointment, injection or anything else I understand that things can happen and an office can run behind once in a while however this is the norm for this office. You’d think that by getting the earliest appointment he wouldn’t have a chance to be so far behind…..
