Required that I be seen every 2-4 weeks, or be dropped as a patient without notice, and will no longer receive any refills, without exception including hospitalization. Additionally, Dr. Khan is only available one (1) day per week on Tuesdays for the Franklin Square office. There is NO answering service after hours, and I have NEVER once reached her Franklin Square office anytime I've called. The doctor is not available in the facility most of the time. But they will schedule appointments saying it's the doctor appointment and when you go there you will be seen by a medcial assistant only to tell the test results or medications. They should be transparent about making an appointment with the medical assistant.

Very good doctor staff is ok but they could use a better customer service approach.

The office staff has been unprofessional. They said they left appointment reminders by voice message, but this was not the case (it happened twice). My mother's initial appointment with Dr. Khan went well; however, the following 2 appointments weren't even with Dr. Khan herself. Both of said appts were with another male doctor who didn't even remember to check drug interactions--he had to be reminded by the patient themself!! The wait is way too long, like 2 hours waiting and they schedule too many people and the waiting area is way too small to accommodate all the patients. I spend 1 hour standing outside before I finally got a seat. They need to do better with their scheduling
