I love Dr. Ghaffar. We have been seeing her for over 4 years. She's the most accessible doctor I've ever known of. She always takes your calls (great for a first time mom). She is cautious without over treating. The office could use a makeover. At first I wasn't very trusting of the nurses, they seem young and inexperienced. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere in the office. And I love that the girls explains what they are doing. I feel very well informed. Dr. Ghaffar has excellent staff they are TOP NOTCH!! And I enjoy her as well, but I'm just fortunate that my baby is pretty healthy and we haven't had to spend too much time together! Sorry Doc. But I'll be there soon for my child's annual!!
This Dr. has too many patients and not enough staff or time to accommodate. The office is small and the staff does not welcome you at all. It it’s a very stressful office and Dr. Ghaffar is MONEY HUNGRY and does not care about her patients (YOUR MOST VALUBLE BELONGINGS YOU CAN HAVE, YOUR CHILDREN). I went on several occasions to ask for assistance with my children and she would just rub their stomachs and say they were fine. It turns out my youngest is not fine. Wow! Wounderful Doctor, Staff, and Office... Dont have to wait long, gives helpful advise, explains everything in details. They are very careful with my son like if it was their own. Overall they are Excellent! Keep up the good work girls!!!
She doesn't spend enough time with the patient and always rushes. She is not helpful to answer questions. I would n't say she is rude but she doesn't spend time with the patient at all shows that she doesn't care for others problems. Always impatient.Lacking the quality to listen to the patient's problems.
She spent no more than 10 minutes with a new 3 month old patient, offered no help other than saline drops, and refused to give credentials, schooling, or discuss our discontent. When I called her to discuss it, she told me to find another doctor if I didnt like it. Also, couldnt remember how long she had been in practice, she told me 12 years, yet shes been licensed 15 years, that alone is concern enough not to go to her. She is uncaring, money motivated, and does not care for the comfort on an infant at all!
Her staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They have scheduled my appointments for the wrong day and time on multiple occasions. Dr. Ghaffar herslef is alright but does not spend much time with you. I am finding a new doctor for my child.
She is the best doctor! she is very knowledgible and caring, and very helpful. The nurses and the receptionist are very helpful and caring. Also cash patinet price is very reasonable,And even when they are really busy I dont wait too long like most offices that make you wait 2-3 hours for your appt. I would definatly recommend this doctor, SHE'S GREAT AND WE LOVE HER AND HER STAFF!
