Dr khan is a premier pain specialist in the chicago area. I have seen him for chronic pain management for many years and he is very passionate about his work. He cares more about his patients than he does about what the government wants him to do! You can trust him to give you the care that he believes you need to relieve the pain that you are experiencing just by reading you MRI reports he will be able to pinpoint which the best avenue to take to help you get the relief you need.

I have been seeing Farooq Khan for quite a while now. He has handled my case very well. He is very compassionate and has great ideas to treat my pain and allow me more activity. Also the staff is always very professional and compassionate, a great asset to this doctors office. I would recommend MPC to friends and family any day!
I came to Modern Pain Consultants about one month ago with pretty intense low back pain on my left side. I met with Dr. Khan who ordered x rays and an mri so we would know what we were dealing with. I started physical therapy the next week and after about a month of working with Dr. Khan my pain is much less and my ability to walk has improved greatly. These people are very thorough and knowledgeable. They have explained everything as we have progressed. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Khan performed a Vertiflex procedure on me to treat spinal stenosis He is compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. He took time to listen and discuss my concerns and provided additional information for me to review. I decided on the procedure and had a very good result which should eliminate the need for injections. The surgery center he used was fantastic. The office staff was a delight to work with and always returned calls. After such a positive experience I highly recommend Dr Khan.
Dr. Khan and his staff are the BEST! Dr. Khan worked with me until I am now pain free. This is after having one doctor insist I needed a hip replacement. Another Dr. gave another reason. Thank you so much, I am now able to sleep through the night and take walks without hurting and needing medication.
