I was born with bad teeth. I've had countless procedures done and have seen dozens of dental professionals in my lifetime. This was BY FAR the worst experience I've ever had. Nothing to even compare it to because I've never felt less like a person and more like a mortgage payment in my entire life.
Dr. Farsio is AMAZING!!!! Fast and zero pain!! BUT... Office staff is a nightmare to deal with!! Pretty much ALL the staff is impossible to deal with! There's an asian female I think her name is Liz.. walks about like she's a hot shot?! Sorry... but you're just a Endo assistant??!! Supervisor/manager doesn't matter.. you're still just a girl that works at a dental office. Get over yourself and take care of the paying patients in pain???
Diane Ngau was extremely rude the second that I walked in, she complained about how she was calling, I wasn’t answering, checked three times- no calls or VM, just one about scheduling and an earlier opening, that I missed, because of life. She said how they probably can’t even help me because I had expressed need to come in before Jan. She followed me back into room with the Tech and was cutting me off, arguing, yellimg “listen to me!”, that I had to get all new x-rays AND a CT scan, and sent the tech out when I had said I w... read more
