Terrible experience
Do not go this office! I have been a long time patient (almost a decade) and in the last few years the front desk and office staff have declined significantly. Rude does not even begin to describe the way this office treats their patients. They have an untrained staff person writing order who admits to not knowing how to write an order. worst office staff. very rude and unprofessional. dr. offices should be a safe place to go. I left with my blood pressure high and very shaken on how rude I was treated.
Dr. Ibrahim has been my doctor for over 17 years. She was incredibly kind and took the time to listen carefully to all my concerns. Her thorough approach made me feel truly understood, and she guided me thoughtfully towards the right treatment. Thanks to her, I feel much better managing my symptoms. I’m truly grateful to have such a compassionate and skilled doctor by my side all these years.
