I called to make an appointment and was told that they couldn't because they're system was down and they would call me back. After I didn't receive a call back in a week, I called again and was able to make an appointment. When I arrived to my appointment, it seemed as if they didn't know who I was, probably because they didn't call to confirm my appointment like all other offices do. Does this dentist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
