I registered for a Covid test with this doctor's staff. I was told I'd receive results within 1-3 business days. It has now been one week and no results, which were "guaranteed" by Thanksgiving. Doctor Syed's office redirects you to another call center which then states that they must contact yet another center to get your results. It's just not responsible and unprofessional.
I received a Covid nasal swab in a mobile bus unit in journal square in Jersey City on 11/19/20. I am now reviewing my explanation of benefits sent from my insurance company today... My insurance was billed (for me and my son) for multiple services that were not received including a blood draw and a doctor office visit....I did not even see this doctor and we definitely did not have our blood drawn! Had a great experience at one of the mobile sites in Jersey City. Results were available directly on my BioReference portal 3 days after testing. Thank you for your service during this extremely difficult time.
Dr. Syed and his team were great during this pandemic. They accommodated my schedule and were very professional when we arrived for our testing at the center. I got my results within one day as they promised . Would definitely recommend the center! Dr. Syed is funny too!
